Is the monthly plan required?

Yes. The monthly plan is what keeps the system live — hosting, CRM seat, automation runtime, and the support that backs the guarantee. The lowest plan is £65/month.

Is the domain included?

Domain set-up is included. The domain registration cost itself is passed through at the registrar's price — typically £10–18/year. We don't mark it up.

Is the logo included?

A basic logo and wordmark are included on Signature and Collection tiers. Starter includes a wordmark only. If you already have a logo you love, we'll use it.

Do I need to write the website copy?

No. The onboarding form is structured so your answers become the copy. We rewrite it in your voice; you sign off on the wording in a single review round.

Does this include WhatsApp automation?
