    Boutique accommodation booking + website. Our lifecycle layer plus their booking surface — and we don't insist you replace the website you've built there.

Things operators ask before they buy.

Why GoHighLevel and not HubSpot, Salesforce, or building it on Supabase?

GoHighLevel is purpose-built for the kind of operator we work with — under £3m revenue, lean teams, multiple comms channels, no internal Salesforce admin. HubSpot is more polished but priced for sales teams that don't exist at this scale. Salesforce is overkill. Building on Supabase is a 3-month project we'd charge £15k+ for. GoHighLevel is the right tool for the job; we white-label it and configure it for European travel and hospitality.

Will my data live somewhere I can export?

Yes. Every contact, deal, message, and workflow is exportable as CSV at any time. We also configure regular Supabase syncs on the Done-for-You tier so you have a parallel database in your control. If you ever leave us, you walk out with everything — including the workflow definitions.

What happens when GoHighLevel changes their pricing or terms?

We hold the platform contract; you contract with Booked Wild. If GoHighLevel raises their wholesale price or changes terms, we absorb the difference until the next quarterly review and tell you the new number then. We've never raised the £49 / £199 monthly figure since launching it, and we'll give 60 days notice before any future change.

Can I add AI agents to Self-Serve?

No. AI agents (£195/agent setup + £99–£249/mo) live inside the CRM platform and need access to contact records, message history, and workflow context. The Self-Serve tier doesn't include the operational access agents need. Upgrading from Self-Serve to Done-for-You at any point is a £350 setup difference + the higher monthly; we'll prorate.

What's the contract length?

Six-month minimum on the monthly subscription, then 30 days notice to end. Setup is one-time, non-refundable once configuration starts. We'd rather lose a six-month customer than tie someone in for twelve.

How is this different from CRM and marketing automation included in the Programme or Flagship?

It isn't different — it's the same platform. The Programme and Flagship engagements include the strategic work (AI visibility, editorial, partnership) but not the CRM platform itself. CRM and marketing automation here is the operational layer, sold standalone. Most operators on Programme and Flagship add this; some don't, depending on their existing tooling.
