The terms. Plain English where possible.

Draft — review by counsel before launch

This terms of service is a working draft. Productised service contracts and recurring product agreements (Direct Booking OS) are signed separately and supersede these site-wide terms where they conflict. Both must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before site launch.

Who we are

Booked Wild is the trading name of two related legal entities under one brand. Which entity you contract with depends on where your business is based:

  • UK clients contract with Nivo Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Companies House registration to be confirmed). Governing law: England and Wales. Currency: GBP. UK VAT applies per the Payment terms below.
  • EU clients contract with Uniikki Ventures Oy, registered in Finland (PRH registration to be confirmed). Governing law: Finland. Currency: EUR. Finnish ALV applies per the Payment terms below; reverse charge for EU B2B clients outside Finland.
  • Non-EU / non-UK clients contract with Nivo Digital Ltd by default unless EUR billing is preferred and agreed in advance.

Both entities operate Booked Wild as a brand. The brand IP — including the “Booked Wild” trade mark (UK00004243745) and the bookedwild.com domain — is owned by Nivo Digital Ltd, and licensed to Uniikki Ventures Oy for use in its EU work.

References to “we”, “us”, and “our” throughout these terms mean the entity you contract with. References to “you” mean you, the visitor or client.

About this site

The bookedwild.com website provides information about our productised marketing services for independent travel and hospitality operators, plus free tools (audit, citation checker, booking loss calculator) intended to assess fit. Information on the site is provided in good faith but we don’t guarantee its accuracy beyond the date last updated on each page.

Services we sell

We sell productised services at posted prices, plus the AI Visibility Service monthly retainer, plus the Direct Booking OS platform, plus a free SEOptimer audit and a £97 / €112 Deep Insight Audit. Each service has a dedicated page with the scope, deliverables, timeline, and price clearly stated. The page content represents the service definition at the time of order.

Payment terms

For one-off productised services:

  • 50% on order, 50% on delivery
  • Invoiced in GBP (Nivo Digital Ltd) or EUR (Uniikki Ventures Oy) per the contracting entity
  • Payment terms 14 days from invoice

For recurring products (Direct Booking OS, AI Visibility Service):

  • Setup fee paid on order (where applicable)
  • Monthly fee invoiced in advance, payment due before period start
  • Direct Booking OS: six-month minimum commitment from go-live, then 30 days notice to cancel
  • AI Visibility Service: nine-month minimum commitment from kickoff, then 30 days notice to cancel

For the Deep Insight Audit:

  • Paid in full upfront via Stripe at point of order — UK clients via the UK Stripe account, EU clients via the Finnish Stripe account, in the corresponding currency
  • Refunded in full if not delivered within 14 working days of order

VAT, ALV, and tax

VAT or ALV is applied per the contracting entity and the client’s country:

  • UK clients invoiced by Nivo Digital Ltd: UK VAT charged at the prevailing rate
  • EU clients in Finland invoiced by Uniikki Ventures Oy: Finnish ALV charged at the prevailing rate
  • EU B2B clients outside Finland invoiced by Uniikki Ventures Oy: reverse charge applies; client self-accounts for VAT in their country
  • Non-EU / non-UK clients: no VAT or ALV charged; client may have local VAT/GST obligations

VAT and ALV registration numbers are shown on the invoice. Posted prices on the website are exclusive of VAT/ALV unless explicitly noted otherwise.

Refunds and cancellation

For productised services not yet started: full refund of any deposit paid. For services in progress: pro-rata refund based on work completed. For recurring fees inside the minimum commitment period: no refund of paid months, but no further months billed once notice is given.

For the Deep Insight Audit: full refund if delivery exceeds 14 working days from order. After delivery, no refund (the document is yours; we’ve done the work).

Intellectual property

When we deliver work to you (audit reports, website builds, embedded itineraries, schema implementations, copy, anything else), the deliverables become your property on full payment. You can use, adapt, and republish them as you see fit.

Templates, frameworks, the Booked Wild Method, internal documentation, and any reusable component libraries we develop remain our intellectual property. We retain the right to apply learnings from our work with you to other clients, provided we don’t disclose your specific business details.

The Booked Wild brand, name, logo, wolf-mark, and the registered UK trade mark UK00004243745 remain the property of Nivo Digital Ltd. Engaging our services does not grant you any right to use the Booked Wild brand outside of identifying us as your agency where appropriate.

Case studies and citation screenshots: we may publish case studies and outcome data from our work with you. We will agree the specific text and visuals with you before publication. You can request retraction at any time.

Confidentiality

We treat client business information as confidential. We do not share specific client data, strategies, or outcomes with other clients or third parties without explicit permission. Aggregate, anonymised insights (e.g. “the average independent lodge in our 2025 audit set paid 18% Booking.com commission”) may be published as research without identifying individual operators.

Liability

We deliver our work to a professional standard and stand behind it. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost bookings, lost revenue) beyond that cap.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI search visibility work. AI engines change their algorithms; citation share rises and falls; we cannot promise that ChatGPT will recommend your business by a specific date. What we promise is the structural work done to the standard agreed.

Termination

Either party can terminate an active engagement with reasonable notice. For productised services with a fixed timeline, “reasonable notice” is interpreted in the context of the specific scope. For Direct Booking OS, 30 days notice after the six-month minimum. For AI Visibility Service, 30 days notice after the nine-month minimum.

We reserve the right to decline new work or terminate active work with any client whose business practices we consider unethical, who treats our team disrespectfully, or who uses our deliverables in ways that harm other independent operators.

Governing law & jurisdiction

The governing law and dispute jurisdiction depend on which entity you contract with:

  • Contracts with Nivo Digital Ltd (UK clients and default): Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • Contracts with Uniikki Ventures Oy (EU clients): Governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts (Helsinki District Court for default commercial disputes; Lapland District Court for matters anchored to our Levi base).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our practices, services, or entity structure change. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Active clients are notified by email of material changes.
